We are not licensed to perform any type of electrical work. This includes, but is not limited to, running wires or conduit, installing GFCI breakers or breaker boxes, and installing electrical connection to the unit. The delivery service does NOT include the shimming or leveling of your spa/hot tub. It is the customer's responsibility to have the surface prepared for delivery.

If we are removing an existing spa, please make sure to have the unit drained and disconnected prior to our arrival. Hourly fee minimum of $90 per crew member on site, will be charged as applicable.

The delivery service does not include significant alterations to landscaping (removal or relocation of large rocks or boulders, removal of shrubs, removal of trees, etc.). It is the customer's responsibility to have a path cleared prior to delivery. (If the pathway is not cleared upon arrival and we have to wait or make a return trip, additional charges will apply.)

Generally we place spas upright on a plastic sled and slide spa into place. It's very important to walk the path for delivery and make sure there is ample space above and thru gates and steps. General rule of thumb is 8' above and 40" wide. Delivery includes placing spa in position and installing accessories. The crew can answer basic questions for setting up and caring for your new spa. At this point your electrician will connect the spa (220 models) and with their approval you can begin to fill spa. Your owner's manual is a great source for product information and maintenance instructions. If you would like a full virtual start-up service performed by one of our hot tub experts, please call our office or your sales representative directly to schedule.
